About Our Decaf Coffee
Decaf coffee lets you enjoy cups of coffee without the side effects of caffeine. At Crosby Coffee, our beans are decaffeinated using the sugarcane ethyl acetate process before we source them.
This process removes 97% of the caffeine from the beans, which is normal for decaffeinated coffee. Decaf coffee is never 100% caffeine-free, but it does contain a significantly smaller amount of caffeine than regular coffee.
When our coffee beans undergo the decaffeination process, the only thing the beans lose is caffeine. The quality of the coffee is not compromised in any way.
